Marty Lassen

Since 2000, Marty Lassen, the owner of Complete Edge, has worked with leaders to establish and maintain personal and professional excellence through comprehensive workshops and executive coaching. With specific expertise in emotional intelligence and influence, Marty brings practical application and insight to her coaching engagements.

Marty works collaboratively with clients to discover their brilliance and the ways that they will effectively contribute in the world. As a PCC-level certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) Marty works with clients to create success and to reach their most desired goals.

Additionally, she is a certified as a Deep Transformational coach, an ACE Certified Coach, an Advanced Certified Emergenetics Associate, and in the EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 assessments of emotional intelligence. Marty holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois.

Marty serves on the Boards of Directors for the Leadership Foundation of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Hunger Free Colorado, the Advisory Board for the Wise Women, affiliated with Colorado Thought Leaders Forum (CTLF).
